What to expect?

At Dreamers Tattoo Collective in Grand Rapids, our tattoo expertise and services combine years of professional experience with a dedication to clean, safe practices and personalized care; our talented artists specialize in custom designs, black & gray, color work, neo traditional, fine line, lettering, and cover-ups, and we guide each client through sketch development, placement, sizing, and aftercare to ensure the final piece reflects their vision while healing properly.

What is our pricing structure?

Each artist at Dreamers Tattoo Collective sets their own pricing to reflect their style, experience, and the level of detail in your design. Placement of design and also affect the over all price of a tattoo. Experienced artists typically start at $100–$150 per hour, though they commonly offer budget-friendly rates for larger projects and set full-day prices for extensive sessions. Junior artists start at $80 per hour, making them a great option for smaller pieces or clients working with a tighter budget. Whatever your choice, your artist will discuss estimated costs and scheduling up front so you know what to expect before your appointment.

Do you take walk-ins?

While we typically cannot guarantee walk-in appointments, you’re always welcome to stop by the shop and check if an artist is available to take you. We aim to avoid overbooking so our scheduled clients don’t face months-long waits, and when time allows an artist may be able to accommodate a same-day walk-in. If you have a specific design or placement in mind, calling ahead or booking online is the best way to secure your preferred artist and time.

Minor Policy

If the client is a minor, the following must be included in the file:

Proof of parental or legal guardian identification in the form of a photo identification. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, a passport, or state or government-issued identification that includes the parent's or legal guardian's name, picture, and a copy of the minor's birth certificate and/or court document verifying the parent's or legal guardian's relationship with them

Note: The minor's parent or legal guardian must execute the written informed consent in the presence of the body art technician performing the body art procedure or another individual working in the body art facility.

How do I book an appointment?

Getting started is simple and straightforward.

Step 1. Reach out through our contact form or message the Instagram of your preferred artist—or the shop’s Instagram—and we’ll guide you through the next steps, provide timing and pricing details, and answer any questions you have along the way.

Step 2. Describe your idea and how you picture it in your mind; be specific with special subjects like scientific illustration. Feel free to send reference pictures of your ideas.

Step 3. Exact placement and please be specific, example: left / right forearm also let me know if there are any existing tattoos on the area. I can also guide you if you haven't decided yet.

Step 4. The clearer your proposal, the better! Now you are ready to choose a day. Let me know what days you can do, and we will find the right time.

We maintain a strict zero‑tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or hate of any kind and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who compromises the safety or well‑being of our community. Cancelation Policy

Deposits follow each artist’s rules. They’re usually nonrefundable because your artist may have turned away other clients to hold your spot. Check your artist’s social media for their exact policy.

Payment Accepted 

We like kids, but a tattoo shop isn’t the best place for them. Please come without distractions and use this time for self-care. Minors under 15 must be accompanied by someone and stay in the waiting area. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our clients and artists.
